Avi Polak has been serving as Head of the Operations and Service Division as of April 2023.
 
Before that he served in various management position in the Technologies Division.
Prior to joining Leumi, Polak served as VP of Technology Infrastructure at Menora Mivtachim Insurance Group and as Head of the Technology Infrastructure Department at Visa CAL.

Polak holds a BA and an MS in Technology Management from Ben-Gurion University.
