Members of Management

Tamar Mass has been serving as Head of the Strategy Division as of March 2024, and as of March 2025 she also serves as Head of the Human Resources Division. Before that she served as Head of the Strategy Department and Chief of Staff to the CEO.
 
Prior to joining Leumi, Mass served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Retail Strategy at Discount Bank. Before that she worked as a manager in a consulting firm.

Mass holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from The Herzliya IDC.
