You can send a message to your banker 24/7 (yes, even at night) and receive a response during business hours.*
The service allows you to receive information about your account, perform a wide range of banking transactions (excluding securities-related transactions), and even upload documents securely.
The service is available on the Leumi website and the Leumi mobile app. Once your message is submitted, our bankers will respond no later than the following business day.
*Messages received after business hours will be responded to on the following business day

After logging in to your account, click on "Talk To Us" at the bottom right of the screen and then select "Chat With a Banker".
on the Leumi Website:
After logging in to your account, click on the chat bubbles at the top left of the screen, and then select "Chat With a Banker".

- The banker's response will be provided by the end of the next business day. For urgent matters, please contact the Leumi Call Center by phone number 03-9545522 or *5522.
- This service is not intended for submitting instructions related to securities or foreign currency transactions.
- Each request is subject to a banker's approval. Once approved, it will be executed in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- You must verify that the transaction was carried out as requested; the transaction details are available in your account statements or through the "Chat With a Banker" service.
- The bank may contact you and/or send you messages regarding your inquiry, including via SMS, using the contact information you have provided to the bank.
- The "Chat With a Banker" service is provided at no cost. Any transactions executed through the service will be charged according to the bank’s fee tariff.
- When uploading a document with a request to perform a banking transaction, you are required to sign the document. File uploads are currently available only when accessing your account through the website.
- You may attach files in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, XLSX - up to 5MB per file. You may attach up to five files per request, with a total combined size of up to 7MB.
